Interview
I applied through college/university. After the initial discussion with the recruiter, there were 3 technical phone interviews with different members of the team. All the interviewers were extremely nice and were genuinely interested in the conversation. The technical interviews were of easy-moderate difficulty. The last round was in Dallas, Texas and I got a reply from the recruiter on the very same day.
This company has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. All praises for the recruiter. They are the most efficient, respectful and helpful and made the whole journey to be a positive experience. I would highly recommend AppDynamics!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AppDynamics in Mar 2019
Interview
Contacted by the Recruiter, he set up an initial call with me and talked about my background, past experience, etc, gave me an overview of the company and the position. He set up an interview with the hiring manager for the next day. The interviewer asked a little about my background but straight away started asking me technical questions, in particular he seemed very focused on microservices which I didn't have any experience in. It was a decent interview but got a rejection email a few days later.
