it was fast and on time. phone screening was perfect. first stage was with hr. it was about 25 minutes. it was asking about status, targets and personal stuff. The second interview was managed by the hiring manager. it took a lot of time, some specific questions and it looked like it was nice. At the end, they said by email i was not selected because was missing only one skill among 8. I thought it was not fair but, that is the rule they play.
