I was offered a job by this company for an Account Manager position on a Thursday. I had recently gotten another job offer so I told them I wanted to think things over for a couple days and let them know. They completely understood and we both agreed that I would let them know on Monday if I was going to accept the job. I asked if they could send me over an official offer letter but they did not. The next day (Friday) they contacted me to tell me they had hired someone else and couldn't wait any longer. This is the most unprofessional thing I have witnessed while interviewing for a job. Who runs a business like this? Think twice before you interview with them.
