I applied through stack overflow and pretty quickly got a response from Noah. He seemed weird from the beginning with the email tagline "I like you". He had me do a coding test which was not too complicated, but was time consuming. After finishing the test, I sent it in and he said I had passed their test. Noah had me interview with chad who was pretty socially awkward, but was nice. He asked me several questions, mainly to gear if we were a good culture fit. He finished the conversation saying that I would have another interview with one of my potential coworkers to make sure we would be a good fit. The next day I got an email from Noah telling me: "Hey Alexander Thanks for taking the time to apply and chat with us. It's not a love-connection at this point but we heart you and want you to kick butt in your life. All the best! noah kagan" So these people are really weird and am glad I am not working with them.
