(Read their site, and you'll see what I mean.) - They have a big focus on making sure the company is also a good fit for you personally. Your future co-workers are in on a panel interview, and while panels normally make me nervous (even when they aren't on Zoom), it really works here! You get a perspective from actual team members that you wouldn't only talking to managers. It made me feel much more relaxed, and it made me more confident that I knew what I was getting into once an offer was made.

From beginning to end I could not have been more pleased with the interview process. I have never dealt with a company who is as welcoming, yet thorough as AppSumo. The interview process, as you would expect, was very detailed around laying out standard job expectations, as well as overall company culture. Where I really found value in the process was the emphasis on ME and making sure that this job would be a good fit for ME and MY lifestyle. A very telling sign regarding how AppSumo treats and cares for their employees.
