I had an interview with the internal talent acquisition manager. The questions were straightforward enough but very repetitive, the interviewer seemed to be on autopilot because most of the questions were ones that I had already responded to in an earlier response. It was suggested I would hear something (anything) in a week or two but was then ghosted.

What a wonderfully unique hiring experience. It's not every day you get interviewed for the completely wrong role. And then being ghosted? In 2025? Very interesting decision! Truly a standout process. If you’re seeking something memorably chaotic, this organization absolutely delivers. In all seriousness, the sole recruiter is a very bad representative for this organization.

3 interviews with 3 different people and then boom! they tell me they're restructuring and the job opportunity is no more. Then I'm invited to apply again if I see something else with their organization, uhm not thanks! I don't trust them anymore. Not professional.
