Interview
The overall process was really smooth.
1. HR Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn and scheduled me for a phone call to get to know my experience a bit better.
2.Phone call with a Senior Consultant. He asked me questions about my technical background and past project experience. Since I have experience with SQL, he asked me a few questions on that (What is a view, difference between non-clustered and clustered index)
3. Flown out to HQ, where I had four 30 minute interviews back-to-back
Interview 1: Give a 15 minute presentation on one of a few topics they provide. I chose to talk about what is Service-Oriented Architecture and why enterprises should use them.
Interview 2: Completely behavioral.
Interview 3: Technical Interview. I was asked SQL questions, ERD diagrams, write pseudo code for a programming question. I was given an image of a website and asked to figure out what could be made better about it.
4. Interview with an executive. Behavioral.

I was referred to the role and after applying a recruiter reached out to me to set up a time for a call. After sending over some times that worked for me and my phone number the recruiter never got back to me. I followed up later asking if they were still interested. They responded saying they never got my email and a few times they were free to call. I sent back my availability and they confirmed the time they would call me. They never called me or followed up with me.
