Interview
Fairly simple straight forward questions with recruiter. Called me on time.
At the very end of the interview recruiter asked if I was Canadian. Not sure if this is an illegal question, but think it would of been better if she would of rephrased her questions and asked if I was eligible to work in Canada.

Intro call with recruiter, then technical interview, then on-site final round. Interviews were not technically challenging but never received feedback from the recruiter (PoC also changed during the process). Other reviews describing the process are fairly accurate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Appian (Washington, DC) in Jan 2025
Interview
Reached out by recruiter for a role as a Technical Consultant for the Public Sector team in DC. Had a follow-up interview and told him I was looking for Software Engineering roles and he said he'd reach out if he came across relevant roles.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Appian
Interview
I was referred to the role and after applying a recruiter reached out to me to set up a time for a call. After sending over some times that worked for me and my phone number the recruiter never got back to me. I followed up later asking if they were still interested. They responded saying they never got my email and a few times they were free to call. I sent back my availability and they confirmed the time they would call me. They never called me or followed up with me.
