The recruiting team was upfront from the beginning that this could be a long and tedious process. Their reasoning is to ensure that they are hiring associates for the long haul and that culturally it would be a strong fit for both parties which I strongly agree with. My interview process consisted of 5 video interviews and 3 individuals during my in-person interview. The recruiting team was also transparent during the interview process and willing to share feedback from the interviewers. All individuals I met with during the process was gracious with their time and made the interviews feel more like conversations. Overall it was a top notch experience and I couldn’t be more excited to join the team.
