How do you do evals? (I think the recruiter was trying to learn from me]
They setup the interview quite quickly and the first two rounds were done soon after setup. I think it was a fairly efficient process. The recruiter reached out to me from their database, and set time with the hiring manager in the very same week.

Started with two phone rounds one with Hiring Manager and another with Sr. EPM from the team
Post the phone rounds had interview loop that consisted of 6 rounds, 2 with engineering teams, 1 with QA, 2 with Sr. EPMs and 1 with Hiring Manager spread over two days.
Cleared all rounds, recuriter called me to negotiatie offer, provided a range. I said let me think about it and get back in a day or two. 3 hrs later recuriter sent an email saying they need a more expereinced resource.
