Interview
I had three interviews, all in person. First was a group interview with a hiring manager and another employee. There were 7 people interviewing, including me. They were super friendly and personable.
I got a callback 2 days after that interview, asking me to come back in and interview with one of the store leaders. In that interview, I was with another applicant who wasn't in my original interview. Both guys were super nice, we had a great conversation.
I got a callback 2 days later, where I scheduled to meet with the Market Leader. It was a one on one interview, basically getting to know me better as a person.

Do PowerPoint slides before interview, during the interview present the slides and do self introduction about yourself, it takes around 1h for the session. There were two interviewers, the interview was conducted online.
