I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2014
Interview
I just had the preliminary (telephone) interview phase for the post of Applecare Partner Relation Advisor, which essentially involves client service and being the intermediary between Apple and its partners who develop the Apps used on iPhones.
As it's a role which involves working with French clients, my interview was entirely in French, which was expected. The questions posed were quite standard, such as what I considered to be excellent customer service, what I would do if certain clients expressed a desire to be dealt with by a French person rather than a French speaker, that kind of thing.
At the end of the interview I was told that a second Skype interview would be scheduled for the following week, I am expecting to do this tomorrow and will post further on the process as soon as I can give feedback on it.

What would you do if a client expressed a desire to be dealt with by a French person rather than merely a French speaker?
Phone call, followed by a technical interview, followed by a video generated interview. Interesting process, takes a few weeks to hear back but working with apple is work it, great standard there
I first spoke on the phone with a recruiter then scheduled an interview virtually. We role played a series of potential scenarios and they asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward and flowed really smoothly.
Interview questions about culture or apple after that.they check my confidence and trust because it is most important in all company. trust makes us friendly with company and just because of it we all did it very smoothly and enjoy the work
