I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online, and about a week after the application, received a phone call from a recruiter. After that, an interview time was set up and I underwent the interview. After the interview I was told that I would hear back from them in 2-3 weeks.
Be prepared for some tough questions. They ask questions very specific to apple products so if you know a lot about apple it is a big plus. I applied for the College at home advisor position.
