I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Apple in Sep 2022
Interview
If the hiring manager or senior hiring manager is Indian, forget about getting the job unless you're Indian. Apple has a huge problem. Diversity isn't diversity of only some people of "color" have real opportunities. The other issue with Apple is that most people don't know how to conduct interviews. They spent too much time on "gotcha" questions instead of asking questions to get a genuine answer. You spend months going through the entire process only to be disrespected by the interviewers when they already know they won't give you an honest opportunity. So many games unfortunately.

Question 1
How do you integrate into a team? Do you know the definition of Critical Path?
Several layers of interviews beginning with HR, individual, panel, and presentation. There was nothing special or different than many companies are now using - the process takes over a month.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Apple (Cupertino, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Mostly just asked questions of background. Not too technical mostly just to see if experience matches, a few role related questions. Tried to match up role responsibilities with experience you had across jobs, just verify experience and a couple questions on how to handle challenges.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apple
Interview
Two half hour phone interviews and then a full day of interviews with 6-10 people in person. Some were with 2 people and some were 1:1. One guy just gave me a tour because he knew how long those days were and he just wanted to give me a chance to get some air and exercise.
