Interview
First interview – Was by phone lasted abour 20 Minute conversation on the phone with him role playing I need to be “EMPATHY” more get there trust.
Second interview – Face time, with HR recruiter asked questions on tech support history, role play lasted about 45 minutes.
Third interview – Manager for the position you are applying for you interview with. Went over job description, benefits, training, and equipment that I have to supply and equipment that Apple supply.
Last step – 2-3 weeks if accepted I should get an e-mail for a background check.
Recruiter – Got a call 3 dyas after the last interview to verify my home address and to inform me that they are running my background check and offer my the pay rate and would I like to move forward.
I first spoke on the phone with a recruiter then scheduled an interview virtually. We role played a series of potential scenarios and they asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward and flowed really smoothly.
