I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Austin, TX) in May 2015
Interview
The interview was focused on how you would deal with a customer. It was very personable and they wanted to know how I would handle certain situations. Not very technical at all, mostly communication style and conflict resolution. You need to be able to translate technical jargin into something a normal consumer could understand.

I first spoke on the phone with a recruiter then scheduled an interview virtually. We role played a series of potential scenarios and they asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward and flowed really smoothly.
