Interview
Applied. 3 Steps: Recruiter/HR screening. 1st interview with hiring manager describing the role, not many questions asked. 2nd interview with someone on the team. The process took over 3 months and the month-long delays in-between were way too long for a non-engineering role. It didn't seem like they were really looking to fill the role anytime soon. On a good note, my recruiter was great and always replied back in a timely manner.
