Very informal, the two employees who interviewed me ,where lovely and helped to encourage me during the interview. Also, hr were fast to let me know I was not a successful candidate.

Got an email about the interview. Was a phone call that lasted 15 minutes. The manager was nice but there was too much background noise and the signal kept going off. Mostly asked about my resume.
