Group interview with 4 other people talking about their experience and answering questions in order throughout the group interview. It took around an hour. I did not pass the first stage.
Thorough interview process. I had 2 group interviews and a one on one interview. It was a good way to weed out the ones not suited for the role. After the interview process their training was very well presented and educated.
