First round = HR screening Second Round = Manager Screening Third Round = individual interviews with 4 team members Final Round = Mock pitch to a panel including divisional leadership, head of industry, sales manager, client partners and one other constituent.

Asked how I would handle specific obstacles and challenges with clients. Asked about how I have worked with and partnered across teams to problem-solve in the past (giving specific examples).
No início, o processo foi ótimo, com entrevistadores interessados e boa comunicação. Em algum momento, houve uma troca do POC de RH, e simplesmente se recusaram a me dar algum retorno. Apresentei um case trabalhoso na 3a fase, e nunca recebi feedback. Cobrei algumas vezes, 2 meses depois o RH ainda estava falando que estavam com a vaga em andamento, mas nunca me deram uma posição.
