Interview
It was fairly smooth, mainly technical question and times where I have had to overcome a task, so strength based and competency questions, nothing particularly difficult since I have done this work for many years.
It’s a long interview process, your best option is to get a referral. There is at least three rounds of interview. Don’t get discouraged. I would even urge you to email the manager again to remind them you applied.
