Interview with recruiter was good, transparent, and respectful. However, the interview with the hiring team wasn't that great. They played good cop and bad cop which was way too apparent. The hiring team did not seem that interested. It seemed they were listening to not learn about the candidate but to challenge them (not in an conducive manner).
