Applied online and was telephoned soon after to schedule a face to face interview. Met with one of the owners and began the process. She was very friendly as she reviewed my resume and qualifications. She talked about the school in great lengths and asked very few questions. It was over fairly quickly and went quite smoothly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were actually very simple. I did not find any question in particular to be harder then the next. I suppose if I had to choose one question over another as difficult to answer it would probably be when I was asked what salary I would favor. Having to give a pay range can be be some what awkward and difficult to decide upon.

Interview
Askes a lot of great questions. They really care. I've been interviewed at other schools, this was the best by far. No doubt about it. None whatsoever. Yep, that's it.

Interview
Interview was 5 minutes long and they seemed so desperate to fill the position. It worries me that they have so many openings all the time. They must not be treating employees well.
