The interview was very straightforward, many questions but the dialogue was continually open. Friendly atmosphere, able to learn about the classrooms to see if I am comfortable with the schedules/children.
after applying, they sent and email to confirm and set up a video interview. the interview was set up by the recruiting manager for 15 min. it was a call over microsoft teams and a casual conversation.
