Spoke to 2 different recruiters. Although I spoke to one only a month prior, the second did not have any of my updated info. The initial call was very informal and asked very few questions. But each time I had to provide my references. This is what bothers me the most. I dont want multiple recruiters calling and bothering my references, especially when they are from the same company, even if they are located in different offices. I have many skills and strengths, yet no one ever followed up or tried to act on my behalf.

Fast, simple and easy. Recruiter asked a few questions regarding your employment history to help you update your resume and find a good match for their client. They were also very flexible with in person interview scheduling.
The process was easy and fast. Everything was organized. The questions were pretty normal for what one can expect during the interview process. It was professional and I was in and out pretty quickly

Rep was professional and friendly, asking specific questions about my experience. She was clear about what the client's need were and answered my questions about the office and the previous person in that position.
