Apple One was very diligent in asking about prior work experience. If you listed something on your resume they followed up with it. They expect 3 to 5 references and will call each one. If you are doing office work, you will be expected to do proficiency tests in Microsoft Office programs and a typing test. They ask you what kind of work that you want do but really they will help you find work in areas that you have clear experience. I had experience in an office but did not want to continue in that role, yet it was apparent that was the only type of role they could place me in. The branch I went through specialized in office jobs.
Fast, simple and easy. Recruiter asked a few questions regarding your employment history to help you update your resume and find a good match for their client. They were also very flexible with in person interview scheduling.
