Phone interview, the young lady asked me my name, where I was from, did I have a car, was I working, when I was available, have I ever worked for their company, have I ever cooked for any company before and when could come in an fill out a application,
On the spot interview, manager checked if I knew how to cook and made sure if I knew kitchen safety. They had other cooks train me as well who also made sure I can cook
Good process, smooth as well. Very organized and the managers were great. Did not last to long about 30 minutes. Provided snacks. Said process should be a week long included from interview to signing
