Laid back. Honest. Realistic. You fit or you don't so be yourself. Previous restaurant experience preferred in kitchen or front of house. If you weren't successful at serving or cooking, maybe it's not for you. Training is a big part of the job. Frequent analysis of business metrics is required. Be ready to talk about this.

Basic. There isn’t too much to say about this. It was generic general questions about my skills. As I’ve said, not too much to say. But this screen is asking me to say more. I haven’t advice to give.
The process was quick and covered what you would expect to hear during an interview. Sales, leadership, training, what things were expected from the higher ups, etc. There was only one interview.
