Got there took manager a little while before getting to me but when he did the interview didnt take long at all, very nice guy and seems like he would work with you on alot of things like flexibility of schedule and things like that.
The interview process was fairly easy, just the standard competency questions. I was offered the job after the interview. They just want to know if you're going to be reliable and follow the instructions for the recipes.
