Applications Software Technology interview questions

Totally mismanaged process wherein though I had a good interview I was judged at being good in some other technology on which there were zero questions (just cos I had a recognition on it). The interviewer himself had light experience in the technology on which the interview was being conducted. Moreover the recruitment team sent out mixed feedback after I spend 3-4 hours talking to them. Once they said they no longer have the opening, later said I'm inexperienced in this domain on being pestered for a status... well next time ask questions which I can't answer instead of asking how many yrs someone has worked on a technology when you yourself haven't worked for a Sr level ! Also they force you to join on a H1B receipt even if you apply for Premier H1B transfer out of pocket,

Human resources interview over phone then in tech screen over phone, then in person. Went to Naperville for in person met with direct supervisor and practice manager. Questions were technical from direct report. hiring manager was more personality based .Questions reference your resume. Not terribly difficult process. Took about two hours in person.
