I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Composites (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
I went through multiple interviews, and did really well on mechanical aptitude test. The HR rep I'd dealt with was great at following up with me and setting the interviews up. HR was very positive about my interviewing and I was sure I'd be offered the position. After my last interview, I called and emailed the HR rep I'd been dealing with, but suddenly he ceased to reply to emails or return any calls. Weeks went by and I never again heard back. This seemed to be a very unprofessional way to conclude the interview process, especially when HR was strongly alluding to me getting the position and they couldn't be decent enough to return a single follow-up call or email to simply state their decision one way or another.
