Very thorough. The right Person, the Right Job, and, most importantly, Team Fit are all taken very seriously when applying. Team means everything. There are several stages to the interview: Screening, Paperwork, and, if all goes well, a long 3-hour interview with the hiring manager. Pass all of these and an offer is made.
