I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Medical (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)
Interview
I got in a room with few managers and a director, panel type. Nothing technical was asked as I think the managers weren't technical enough. They asked usual questions like go over your resume and explain what issues I had in projects. The director was quiet for most of the time and in the end asked some questions that weren't related to my experience and education. I've been to interviews where they grilled on technical concepts. Here it felt I knew more than them.
I had to reject their offer eventually as I didn't want to work for management who don't know what they are doing. The job description said one thing and the interviewing managers said another. Very misleading.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Applied Medical
Interview
Straight forward process. I had 2 rounds, HR screening and in person panel with 5 people. Most of the questions revolve around your resume and work experience. Semi-technical questions were asked.
I applied online. I interviewed at Applied Medical in Dec 2025
Interview
The process was good, the initial phone screening round was pretty easy, normal resume questions, then 2nd interview was with the head of the team she asked me in-depth questions about my resume
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Applied Medical
Interview
The interview process was lengthy but not too difficult. I met with several different teams virtually over Teams, sometimes with the same people. The questions were mostly about my experience and my attraction towards the company. Had one in-person interview.
