Applied online, recieved a call for an interview within about a week. Had a phone interview with the department head. The questions were based around my resume and experiences, overall very easy. The department head was very friendly.

It was a long process but easy interview. First HR interview was in August/September, then they forgot about me. Contacted me for a second round in December. Finally after two more rounds of interviews for hired in January/February.

It's a panel interview. I had four people interviewers including the hiring manager. They are pretty nice and friendly. Questions are standard. Applied Medical has a beautiful campus at Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
