Had to go above and beyond to prove that I wanted to be in the program with constant interviewing questions and assignments to complete week by week. Examples include, interviewing current reps and B2B owners and salespeople, as well as reading books on sales techniques and writing reports for the books and the interviews. I came to learn other interviewees only had to conduct one interview and were handed their position.
