I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Applied Medical (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Took a tour of the place before the interview took place. The interview consisted of 6 people drilling me question after question. I felt quite uncomfortable the whole time and it felt like a interrogation more than an interview. It was difficult to establish any kind of rapport as it was just me talking most of the time, them nodding in agreement and asking another question. Didn't like the overall vibe of the room. It was quite the intense interview for an entry level position. I didn't get an offer and I didn't even get a follow up to say they're going to not offer me anything either.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Applied Medical
Interview
Straight forward process. I had 2 rounds, HR screening and in person panel with 5 people. Most of the questions revolve around your resume and work experience. Semi-technical questions were asked.
I applied online. I interviewed at Applied Medical in Dec 2025
Interview
The process was good, the initial phone screening round was pretty easy, normal resume questions, then 2nd interview was with the head of the team she asked me in-depth questions about my resume
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Applied Medical
Interview
The interview process was lengthy but not too difficult. I met with several different teams virtually over Teams, sometimes with the same people. The questions were mostly about my experience and my attraction towards the company. Had one in-person interview.
