1. I attended a career fair and provided my resume. I had a quick interview with a VP and was told to expect a call for a second interview. 2. 2nd interview turned into a panel interview with many people coming and going and asking very simple questions and some that were fairly detailed. 3. My references were called and salary expectations were discussed. I was called for a 3rd interview with potential coworkers. 4. 3rd interview went well. Same basic questions and was given a tour of the work area etc. 5. Was called for a 4th interview with a different VP. 6. Received a call the next day that I did not have enough experience.
