I was scheduled for a phone interview after handing in my resume at a college career fair. After establishing a date and time, the company did not call or respond to any further correspondence.

Applied online and received a reply about 3 months later. Following the email reply, a phone interview was set-up and then an online interview (both of which got rescheduled multiple times, and took another month). In person interview was a week later with a panel. Overall lack of professionalism and organization.
