3 step process. Phone screen, Panel interview with HR reps, and interview with senior human resources directors. Great experience and unique interview style as they don't pull from preset questions, but rather let the conversation lead.

I applied through their company career page. Got a recruiter called a few days later doing screening. Then was called to onsite interview with a group of 3 people (manager, team lead, team member). Few days later emailed me for another round with the department director (later I know) he let me know that it suppose to be 3 but turn out to be himself only. I didn't do a great job answering the questions maybe so was turned down.
