It was a two part interview process. 1st - was a short phone conversation with the hiring manager. Very friendly and brief - covered what Applied Medical does, what the job involved, and what my past experience was. 2nd - onsite interview with a panel of 10 individuals including the hiring manager, other Project Leaders, the Director of Automation, and a Vice President. It was informal but I had a lot of questions. They asked of my background, my past projects, my education and training, etc... With 9 interviewers, there were a lot of different questions from multiple people that I had to answer quickly.
