I applied online in September 2021. A few days later, I got an email from the person responsible for recruiting for this vacancy, asking to schedule a brief phone call to talk about my application and the job. She did not use the word "interview" to refer to the phone call. During the call, she did not say anything about the job, she just started the phone call asking standard questions (why this job? why applied medical? where did you hear about us?). The "interview" was very unpleasant. I have never experienced such an unpleasant interview with no empathy and no engagement. I had the impression they did not have any intention to proceed with my application from the very beginning of the conversation. When I asked questions, her answers were really short (yes, no or just a few words). A few days after I received a standard rejection email.

I had a pleasant interview experience characterized by a quick and smooth process, and exceptional individuals who displayed professionalism, friendliness, and genuine interest in finding the right fit for the role. Although I wasn't selected, I can commend their efficiency and professionality.
