A large panel interview with 8 interviewers. I was not expecting this prior to the interview and it caught me off guard as I had never experienced a panel interview before. The interview lasted for about 45 minutes and consisted of personality and work experience questions. I didn't get a feeling from the interviewers either way about the outcome, but felt positive. However, I was not contacted after being told I would hear within two weeks.
