Interview
I had a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter, 3 interviews are scheduled, they are mostly in-person, I had an assignment that I had time to work on at home, and then I presented in person, and there was also a reference checks.
Recruiter was pleasant and the role seemed interesting but they are extremely inflexible on interview accommodations!
Described a three step interview (on site) process for a role with a mere salary band of $70-$85k.

A phone interview with HR, zoom interview with three people on the team and then a final presentation again with the same three people as my second interview. The presentation was over a specific medical procedure and describing it.
