4 rounds of interviews. The first was a recruiter phone call. Second was an in-person interview in which they gave me an assignment that included a project on how to improve their marketing and create marketing strategies you would want to implement. Third was another in-person interview with multiple managers of different departments and marketing team. I was not called for a fourth after all that and the position stayed open for several months. A lot of work for a non-managerial position and was happy to find something at another company after this interview process.
