Started with a phone round, HR asked generic questions and summary of professional experience. Second round was with hiring manager. Then followed up with a team interview. Lastly they do look for biomedical experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Medical (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
First call was with recruiter. Super nice and friendly. Said there would be 3-4 more rounds after this and set me up with a first round in person. Until the day of I had no idea how many people would be interviewing and who they were. Morning of my interview I'm told it will be 4 people in an interview plus a tour of the facility. Then it changed to 5 people in a panel interviewing me. In a first round interview I have never had more than 2 people let alone 5. For an entry level , 2 years experience required job, I've never had a panel discredit my prior work and be so disrespectful about it By far the most unprofessional interview process I've ever had.

I did only one phone interview, they ask basic questions that were not too difficult and no technical questions in the initial call. The interviewing lady seemed nice and interested but surprisingly I did not get contacted for a second round.
