Applied Medical Network Operations Engineer interview questions

I applied for network operation engineer opening at applied medical in February. I was contacted by recruiter in first week of march and had a brief phone call scheduled. Couple of days later I was informed that I would be moving forward in interview process and webcam interview was scheduled. Co-ordination told me they cannot let me know who would be taking interview, neither their names nor positions. When in the interview started, the interviewers told there is some glitch with their system and they could not share their video. This seemed to be unprofessional. Interview questions were basic, nothing more technical, just going through my current experiences. Couple of days later, I was informed they would be moving forward and scheduled on-site interview. I went on/site and met same people part of team who took interview and the network architect as well. Interview questions were the same which was asked in webcam interview. After 2 days, I was asked again for webcam interview, yet still the same questions again!!! Next day I was asked to submit references, and was told I would be getting offer letter in 2-3 days. And after that no response from them… seem to be very unprofessional and disrespectful to the candidates. They do not value the time we have spent giving interview with them and do not even bother to provide proper feedback or update!!!!
