They have a unique process whereby one of the founders, either Danny or Bran interviews you and gives you a box of interesting items. It includes things like a space shuttle tile, parts of an esoteric clock, strange looking circuit boards, etc.... The pick up a part and ask you what it might be. They want to see your thought process.
