Three rounds of interview. The first round is HR screening. The second round tecnical interview. The third round onsite in Sugar land Texas. The onsite interview takes a whole day. In the morning was techilnucal presentation and in the afternoon individual interview with colleagues and division heads. I can see from the panel interview Chinese culture is prevalent in the company. I was treated rudely by the hiring manager, aka my future boss. It was really an unpleasant experience. They bluntly told me we are looking for more experienced engineer in my face. Then what's the point of having the onsite interview in the first place? Can't you tell that from my resume and the first round of technical interview. A waste of my time. The company was a joke. No wonder it's ratings are so low.
