Applied Online. Set up phone appointment with recruiter few days later. Call was around 45-50 minutes. A few general HR questions, then quite a few technical (OOP) questions, then it was just about wrapped up. Had an initial phone screening with a recruiter, then another software engineer called to ask questions about general OOP vocabulary. I was scheduled for a final interview but they wanted me to do a 30 min powerpoint presentation and prepare an abstract. I had an offer elsewhere so I refused.
