I was referred by somebody who knew the company. After getting referred, I had a couple Skype calls that mainly revolved around me explaining previous projects and experience. Then we talked about things they were working on and what I would be interested in. Overall, it was pretty fun and laid-back. I ended up accepting the offer they gave me.
